TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 400927 WINSON FARM TO FOSSCROSS LANE
(WINSON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT


Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 400927 Winson Farm to Fosscross Lane from its junction with 400928 Blenheim Cottage to Diamond Cottage Winson to its junction with 3/152 Winson Mill to Winson Farm for a distance of approximately 183 metres. The reason for the closure is to carry out repairs to the fire hydrant.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH BFA 30
(FAIRFORD TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT


NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath BFA 30 from its junction with Public Footpath BFA 36 extending in a generally north south easterly direction for approximately 220 metres to its junction with Public Footpath BFA 33.

The Footpath falls within the Town of Fairford in the Cotswold District, in the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to protect the public whilst a sewer installation takes place as well as surfacing works to the path.

The Order will come into force on the 30th May 2022. It is expected that the Footpath remain closed until the

29th July 2022. This Order can remain in force for six months. However, if a longer period of time is required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

Gloucestershire County Council Permanently extend the age range of Watermoor C of E Primary School from 4-11 to 2-11 years from 1st July 2022


Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and the School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013 that Gloucestershire County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Watermoor C of E Primary School, Watermoor Road, Cirencester, GL7 1HS from 1st July 2022. The proposal seeks approval to permanently extend the age range of Watermoor C of E Primary School from 4-11 to 2-11
years from 1st July 2022.

The current capacity at the school is 210 and the PAN is 30. The current number of pupils registered at the school is 195.

Explanatory notes
1. DfE have requested that we undertake a statutory process to extend the age range at Watermoor C of E Primary School from 4-11 to 2-11 years. This will allow the school and Nursery to join the approved multi-academy trust.

2. The Headteacher, Governors and DfE are supportive of the proposed extend the age range.

3. The change in age range itself is not likely to have an adverse effect on any staff or pupils.
