GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS (VARIOUS PARISHES AND TOWNS) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule below.
SCHEDULE
The reason for the closures is for felling infected ash trees within falling distance of the highway. The roads are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing 1st November 2021betweeen the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, excluding weekends, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking effect. This order can permit the closure of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31 st March 2022. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road and emergency access will be maintained.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF C169 WELSH WAY (MEYSEY HAMPTON AND POULTON PARISHES, CIRENCESTER TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C169 Welsh Way from its junction with Poulton Road to its junction with 3/165 Coneygar Lodge to Welsh Way for a distance of approximately 2,169 metres. The reason for the closure is to install a new water connection.
The road is expected to be closed from the 1 st November 2021 until the 5th November 2021 only or until the works have been completed. Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C190 Jackbarrow Road from its junction with School Hill to its junction with Townsend House for a distance of approximately 102 metres. The reason for the closure is for a boundary box exchange.

Pedestrian access will be maintained. Emergency access will not be maintained due to the excavation crossing the carriageway.

PUBLIC NOTICE GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ON STREET PARKING ORDER 2017 (CHAVENAGE LANE, TETBURY) (COTSWOLD DISTRICT) (VARIATION) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make a Variation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would vary the Gloucestershire County Council On-Street Parking Order 2017 (the 2017 Order) by introducing the restrictions described in the Schedule below in the Chavenage Lane area of Tetbury Upton Parish and Tetbury Town in the Cotswold District within the County of Gloucestershire.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH KCH 43 (CHEDWORTH PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has extended the Order to close temporarily under
Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath KCH 43
in the Parish of Chedworth from its junction with Public Footpath KCH 44 in a generally southerly direction for a
distance of approximately 135 metres to its junction with the road from Hensons Hill to Upper Barn.
The footpath falls within the Parish of Chedworth in the Cotswold District, in the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to protect the public whilst construction works take place.
The Order came into force on the 3rd June 2021 and it was anticipated that it would remain in force for six months.
However, it was not possible to complete the works within those six months and therefore it was necessary for
an extension to be sought from the Secretary of State for Transport. This extension was granted and the footpath
will now remain closed until 3rd December 2022, or until the works are complete whichever is earlier. For further
