Take notice that application is being made by McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles Ltd, for planning permission for the "Erection of a continuing care community comprising of apartments, chalet bungalows and bungalows with communal and care facilities and 9 houses. Formation of associated parking, highway improvements and a pedestrian link between Station Terrace and Granville Road" (Resubmission) to Dorset Council, Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne, BH21 1AJ.
