Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence Notice is given that TIKI BAR LTD has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: 212 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1JR. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 1st day of August 2021: Provision of live music indoors from 1200 to 2200 Monday to Sunday. Provision of recorded music indoors and outdoors from 1200 to 0100 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and from 1200 to 0300 on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and from 1200 to 0300 on Christmas Eve, and Boxing Day, and on New Year's Eve from 1200 to the commencement of business on 1st January. Provision of late night refreshments in doors and outdoors from 2300 to 0030 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and from 2300 to 0230 on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and from 1200 to 0230 on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, and on New Year's Eve from 1200 to the commencement of business on 1st January. Sale of alcohol on and off the premises from 1200 to 0100 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and from 1200 to 0300 on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and from 1200 to 0300 on Christmas Eve, and Boxing Day, and on New Year's Eve from 1200 to the commencement of business on 1st January. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 14th June 2021. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
