I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:

APP/20/01521/F Demolish the existing and construct a block of 6 flats at the front of the site and a block of 4 flats at the rear (10 flats in total) with associated access, parking, cycle and bin store. 186 Bournemouth Road. APP/21/00126/F Variation of condition 3 & 4 of Planning Permission APP/19/00482/F as described in that Description of Development to: Amend wording of Condition 4 to remove reference to unallocated parking (in light of the recently adopted parking SPD), Amend Condition 3 to update the basement parking and site layout Plan to reflect this. 91-93 Bournemouth Road & 2 & 4 Marlborough Road.
