NOTICE OF MAKING (THE WHITEWAY CAR PARK, CIRENCESTER) (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that on 6th August 2020 Cotswold District Council made the above Order under Sections 32, 33 and 35 and Schedule 9 (Part IV) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police. TITLE - Cotswold District Council (The Whiteway Car Park, Cirencester) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2020 The effect of the Order will be to: -
1. Create a new parking order for the newly established car park at Cirencester Rugby Football Club, The Whiteway Cirencester in the Cotswold District

2. To regulate, charge and enforce parking at this carpark under Traffic Management Act 2004

3. To issue season tickets for this car park at a charge of £550.00 per annum.

The parking places within this Order, together with the class of vehicles permitted, the maximum stay, the charging hours and the scale of charges are proposed as follows:

This order will come into effect 1st September 2020 A copy of the Order may be obtained free of charge by telephoning Customer Services on 01285 623000 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and online at

www.cotswold.gov.uk

(Details may notbe posted on the website until after this notice is issued; ifyou cannot find the relevant details, please try again the next day.). If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or that of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
