The Electricity (Applications for Consent) Regulations 1990: Regulation 5 - Publication of Notice of Application for Consent under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989.
Installation of 2 x POC (point of connection) masts and 6 x associated overhead wires on the Minety to Stratton 132kV overhead line at Flaxlands Wood Farm, Lydiard Tregoze.
Notice is hereby given that on 17th April 2020 Southern Electric Power Distribution pic (SEPD) made an application under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989 for the consent of the Secretary of State for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy to install two POC masts and six overhead cables that will connect into an existing tower.
Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions details and plans of the proposals cannot be deposited for public inspection however they can be viewed and downloaded from the following website:

On or before the 23rd July 2020 identifying the name of the overhead line and the grounds for objection.
Any such objections or representations will be copied to the relevant planning authorities and the applicant unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be copied. If there is such a request then the relevant planning authorities and the applicant will be informed that an objection has been made but no details will be forwarded to them.
