TEMPORARY CLOSURE B4014 AVENING ROAD (NAILSWORTH TOWN AND AVENING PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT AND COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the B4014 Avening Road from outside the
entrance to Spring Mill Business Centre to the entrance to the track to Hazelwood Cottage for
a distance of approximately 1.5 kilometres.
The reason for the closure is for the removal of dangerous trees.
The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 07:30 and 17:30 from 25th November
2019 until 2nd December 2019, excluding the weekend, or until the works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH BFA/23 (FAIRFORD TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath BFA/23 Snake Lane for a distance of approximately 200 metres running from its junction with Public Footpath BFA/22 in a generally south westerly direction to its junction with Public Footpath BFA/21.
The footpath falls within Fairford Town in the Cotswold District, in the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary for safety reasons to allow the path to be resurfaced.
The Order came into force at 08:00 on the 1st September 2019 and the works were expected
to be completed by 17:00 on the 31st October 2019. Works have not been completed and it is
necessary for the Footpath to remain closed until 28th February 2020. After this date if the closure
is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.
An alternative route is not applicable.
Emergency access and pedestrian access will be maintained

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH BKD6 BFA37 BLE39 (LECHLADEAND FAIRFORD TOWNS AND KEMPSFORD PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) | part of Public Footpath BKD6, BFA37 and BLE39 from its junction with Whelford Road, next to Bowmoor House extending in a generally easterly direction for a distance of approximately 1.4 Kilometres to its junction with BLE 44.
The footpath falls within Lechlade and Fairford Towns and Kempsford Parish in the Cotswold District, in the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary for safety reasons during construction works.
The Order will come into force on the 25th November 2019 until the 24th May 2020. After this
date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an
extension of time.
There is no alternative route
Emergency access and pedestrian access will be maintained
