TEMPORARY CLOSURE C/184 POOLE ROAD (MAIN ROAD THROUGH POOLE KEYNES) (POOLE KEYNES PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C/184 Poole Road Main Road Through Poole Keynes from outside the property known as Bridge Farm to outside the entrance to the property known as South Barn for a distance of approximately 200 metres. The reason for the closure is to enable Network Rail to carry out a safety inspection of the bridge.

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)

to temporarily close part of the A417 St John's Street from its junction with A361 Burford Street to its junction with 400976

Wharf Lane for a distance of approximately 150 metres.

The reason for the closure is to carry out installation of a new water service.

The length of road falls within Cirencester Town which is within the Cotswold District of the County of Gloucestershire. The usual exemptions will apply to Statutory Undertakers and Local Authority vehicles carrying out duties in exercise of their statutory powers, and also in the case of emergency services vehicles and disabled persons vehicles. TEMPORARY CLOSURE 3/332 HANGMANS STONE TO COUNTRYSIDE MUSEUM (HAMPNETT PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of part of 3/332 Hangmans Stone to Countryside Museum from its junction with the A429 to its junction with the 3/146 Cheltenham Road to Fosseway for a distance of approximately 550 metres. The road falls within Hampnett Parish in the Cotswold District, Gloucestershire.

The closure is necessary due to ground movement and dislocation of the retaining wall rendering the carriageway unsafe to use. The road was originally closed for 21 days by emergency Notice commencing 4th October 2019 The works to the carriageway are ongoing so it is necessary to extend the closure by an Order which can authorise the closure of the road for up to eighteen months from the date of the original Notice.
