I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. On 17th July 2018, M C Cullimore (Gravels) Limited made an application for planning permission (Reference Number 18/06840/WCM) to Wiltshire Council for: Southern extension of sand and gravel extraction with restoration using site derived and imported inert material to a combination of reedbed, wetland habitat and open water at Whetstone Bridge Quarry, Down Ampney, Wiltshire, SN6 6LH. The further information provided in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) is: ? It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Mill Lane (Part), Malmesbury; from its junction with B4040 Abbey Row for a distance of approximately 120 metres in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out repair works to a leaking stop tap. Alternative route: via B4528 Hardenhuish Lane (unaffected length) - B4158 Malmesbury Road - A350 West Cepen Way - A420 Bristol Road and vice versa. Notice is hereby given that on 16 July 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To introduce a prohibition of driving on the land between Oxford Road and Woodhill Rise, Calne over which footpath 61 runs (access to property Nos. 162, 164, 166 and 168 Oxford Road will be maintained). Order 2 - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Calne) (Weight Restriction) Order 2013 and re-enact it in the above Order 2 for administrative purposes only. Cycle Tracks Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that on 16 July 2019 Wiltshire Council confirmed the above mentioned Order, without modification,

under section 3(3)(b) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984 the effect

of which will be as follows: The following length of footpath has been designated as a cycle track: - Footpath 61 - from its junction with Oxford Road to Woodhill Rise. A copy of Orders 1-3 and a plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Orders 1 and 2 will come into operation on 29 July 2019. Order 3 will come into operation 28 days after the date of this Notice.
