Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Marlborough) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2010 (Amendment No.9) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Marlborough Consolidation Order 2010 by revoking

and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. DG91 and DH92 and to introduce new Map Schedule Nos. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Calne and Calne Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 (Amendment No.3) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Calne and Calne Without Consolidation Order 2015 by revoking Map Schedule No DA55 dated 04/11/2015 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No DA55 the effect of which will be as follows: 1. This Order which previously came into operation on 25 March 2019 will now recommence on 13 July 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until 14 July 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likelydue to the nature ofthe works. The Order has a maximum duration of18 months.
