HASLETT Sarah Anne, Pat, John and family would like to thank everyone for attending Sarah's funeral, all the cards, messages, flowers and donations for 'Cancer Research UK' and 'MIND'. Special thanks go to the Doctors, nurses and staff of the 'Acute Medical Ward' and 'Ward 9B' at Gloucester Royal Hospital for their care. Also special thanks to Chris and everyone at Matthews Independent Funeral Directors for the funeral arrangements and Kristina for conducting the service.
