POULTON Teresa Sadly passed away peacefully in G.W.H Swindon Hospital on Wednesday 6th July 2022 aged 64 years. A much loved partner to Mark, Mother to Danny, Sarah and Zoand Grandmother to Louis, Cameron, Mikail, Adem, Leyla and Emily. Sister to Berny, Gezzy and Sonia. Step mother, grandmother and great grandmother to Lorna, Steven, Karen, Kirsty, Stacey, Adam, Sophie, Jake, Olivia, Louie and Jaxon. Funeral service to take place at St Sampsons Church, Cricklade at 10.30am on Wednesday 3rd August 2022. No flowers please. Donations welcome to RSPCA
