CLEMENCE (nee Baker) Jean May Jean Clemence lived in Down Ampney for 63 years, where her late husband Peter was Headteacher of the primary school. Jean moved to Paternoster House, Cirencester in 2018, where she died peacefully in her sleep on 24 February 2021, aged 90. Due to the current restrictions a private funeral service will be held on Monday 29 March 2021. Flowers are welcome. If you would like to pay your respects to Jean, the cortege will be passing through Down Ampney village on the day of the funeral.
