Cheltenham League Div 2.

Bibury 9, Brockworth Res 2.

BIBURY romped to victory on Saturday with Scott Huband and James Keylock both scoring hat-tricks.

Bibury took the lead when Ben Wyman cut into the box and pulled the ball back for Ash Rockley to score.

Huband soon landed his first goal after a great pass from Dan Brunton.

Five minutes later, Bibury were awarded a penalty which Keylock converted efficiently and it was 4-0 shortly after when, after a great move out of defence, Keylock finished off a good pass from John Austin.

Brockworth were struggling to get out of their own half and five minutes before half-time Huband got his second goal after great work from Kanne Outram and Rockley.

The second half started as the first finished with Bibury pushing forward, and on 50 minutes, Keylock completed a hat-trick, firing home after a great ball from Brunton.

Brockworth then pulled two goals back in a five-minute spell during which the Bibury defence seemed to go to sleep.

Bibury then made a couple of changes, giving a debut to Craig Doonan.

Austin scored Bibury's seventh goal with a great finish from just outside the area, after being put in by Rockley, who made it 8-2 himself with a great finish from a Darren Parker cross.

With 15 minutes to go, Huband completed his fourth hat-trick of the season, again assisted by Rockley.

MoM: John Austin.
