STUART HENDERSON of Bath AC won this year's Cricklade Half-Marathon which continues to grow in popularity.
A record number of more than 700 runners took part in three races at Cricklade – half-marathon, 10k and fun run.
Henderson won in a time of 1:18.49. First woman home in the half was Shona Crombie-Hicks of Bourton Roadrunners in 1:23:37.
The 10k went to another local athlete Adrian Williams of Cirencester AC who recorded 33:51; Kate Jacobs of Swindon Harriers was first female in 37:31.
A new category this year, first female over 60 in the 10k, was won by Ann Gray of Midland Masters AC with a time of 53:50 and in the half-marathon first female over 50 was Diane Hier (Avon Valley Runners) in 1:33.23.
