THREE Running Somewhere Else athletes turned out on Saturday evening for the very hilly 'Hilly Half' with John Buck finishing in 19th place and first for the club in a time of 1hr 31min 47sec, picking up a bronze medal for third MV50 in the county championship.

Russell Young finished four minutes later in 1:35.38 to also collect a bronze medal for the MV40 category.
Congratulations of the day go to prize winner Sharon Smith who finished in 1:47.29 and second in the LV60 age group to earn a silver medal. Sharon also picked up a prize for best age grading (86 per cent).
If that wasn't enough, she even won the LV55 prize as although over 60 she beat all the 55 age-group runners.
South Downs Way 100-mile
HENRY CHURCH completed the 100 miles from Winchester to Eastbourne in 23hr 26min 03sec for a very respectable 83rd place.
Gloucester 24-hour track race
RSE ultra marathon runner Laura Maddison finished 22nd overall and fourth women in the Gloucester 24-hour track race. Laura completed 304 laps, 121.6km (75 miles) in 23hr 58min 35sec.
Ironman 70.3 uk
ANDREW MADDISON competed in the Ironman 70.3 UK on Exmoor at the weekend, finishing in 6:19.30.
Cotswold 113 Triathlon
ALI TRAYNOR took part in her first triathlon on Sunday at the Cotswold 113 Triathlon in the Water Park. Ali finished in 5:20.58 with a swim of 29.45, bike ride of 2:51.24 and a 1:56.17 run.
