SWINDON ROBINS have snapped up 16-year-old British youth champion Nathan Greaves to make his debut at Wolverhampton on Monday.
Greaves comes into the side to replace Dan Greenwood who has struggled for points since joining after the injury to Darryl Ritchings.
Dual British youth champion Greaves rides for Cradley in the National League and has been desperate for more meetings.
He said: "It's perfect timing for me because I was only saying to my dad the other day that I needed more meetings, one meeting in two weeks was no good for me.
"It's a big opportunity and I can't wait to get started for Swindon, riding with guys like Troy Batchelor and Peter Kildemand will be a great experience."
Swindon chief Alun Rossiter said: "Dan has given his best for us but he's just found it tough and we have decided to give Nathan a chance. "We wish Dan well for the future and thank him for his efforts."
