"I WAS not displeased with the first-half performance - we simply made two bad errors for their goals - and I told them at half-time that I didn't think we would lose the game.
"We passed well, had a lot of possession and played with pace and purpose. And, of course, we scored three quality goals.
"When Lance Lewis came on at the start of the second half, he changed the course of the game. He did exceptionally well.
"He was getting into positions that the other strikers weren't finding and I thought he and Phil Hall really got about them.
"Lance scored a good goal and could have had more. Their keeper made two sensational saves off him.
"I don't think Pewsey had a shot in the second half which was pleasing and our lads showed they are extremely fit by going right until the end.
"We'll be having another look at Dan Bishop. He is primarily a left winger but he did exceptionally well in the second half in central midfield.
"He's coming back from a bad injury and he needs some more fitness work.
"Dan Wallington also did very well. He has great pace and a good engine.
"John Els did OK and should play some part again in our main friendly against Oxford City on Saturday."
