Scott Huband hits four in Bibury rout

Cheltenham League Div 1.

Bibury FC 9 Tewkesbury Town 0.

BIBURY bounced back in style on Saturday to put nine goals past Tewkesbury Town.

Scott Huband hit the bar and Danny Brunton had a shot cleared off the line in the first five minutes but the first goal came soon after as a cross from Huband found James Keylock, whose shot on the turn beat the keeper.

Keylock then played in Huband for the striker's first goal of the day five minutes later. And Huband added his second after great work from Ben Wyman to leave them 3-0 up at the break.

Darren Parker laid on passes for Bibury's opening two goals of the second half, firstly to Josh Russell and, three minutes later he passed to James Keylock who lobbed the advancing keeper to make it 5-0.

A great ball from playmaker Brunton found Huband, who made no mistake in completing his hat-trick.

A Brunton free kick then crashed against the bar before Keylock completed his hat-trick, firing in the rebound after a shot from Parker had hit the bar.

Huband then got his fourth goal after being played in by Brunton, before Josh Russell scored number nine right at the end.
