THE Weekend August Ladies Medal was won by Liz Lloyd with a net 68, with Denise Kelso in second with a net 74.
The Midweek Ladies Medal was won by Chris Mitchell with a net 71, beating Brenda Smith with a net 73 into second.

VICTORIES for Chris Huckle and Keith Hughes (3&2) and for Matthew Smith and David Taylor (2&1), combined with halves for Andy Taylor and Tom McLean and for Walter Sutherland and Ken White, were not enough to overcome defeats for John Abbott and Andy Hugill (1 down) and Ian Haslam and John Quick (4&2).
August Medal: IN Division 1, a 2-shot handicap cut to 14 was Rod German’s reward for his net 63. In Division 2, Roger Heafield suffered a similar fate (net 64).
