MORE than 220 runners took on Kelston Trail 10k on Sunday, January 7.

Described by Aspire Running Events as a challenging multi-terrain route through extensive woodland, scenic trails, permissive footpaths and open fields; further described by RSE Member Richard Marshall as a not so lovely big hill at the start. Richard achieved a time of 1:14:30.

Gloucestershire AAA Cross Country: Old Down Country Park Ollie Hazel finished in the top 50 in this highly competitive championship on Saturday, January 6 in a time of 39:18.

Gloucester 10 Mile: Cheri Edwards celebrated on New Years Eve by racing this mainly flat rural course which included two loops with a leg out and back. Congratulations to Cheri, who completed the race in 1:35:48 (PB), and new Member Lindsay Gregory 1:38:37 (PB). Very impressive results in their first 10 mile race.
