Reading Rivermead 10k
ELAINE CHAPMAN and Sarah Gray took part in the pretty Reading Rivermead 10k in the winter sunshine along the River Thames.
Elaine came home in 47.54 and Sarah in 56.38.
For both it was their 10th 10k of the year to join 15 other RSE members who have celebrated the club’s 10th anniversary in style.
Centurion 5-mile
DAVE WITNALL and Ellie Taylor took part in the Centurion 5-mile race in the West Midlands. Dave finished in 37.29 and Ellie set a personal best time of 41.36.
Charlton Park Cross Country
THIS Gloucester League race featured Sharon Smith, Stephen Priestnall and Ollie Hazel, with Sharon first home in 37.35 from Stephen (44.12) and Ollie Hazel in 44.27.

Swindon: Steve Sandercock 26.13, Caroline Sandercock 33.49.
Linford: Pete Whitmore 40.34.
Cheltenham: Matt Lambourne 19.34, Graham Aitchison 24.42, Laurie Aitchison, 28.12.
