JASON Doyle looks a major doubt for Thursday's home clash between Swindon Robins and high-fliers Wolverhampton.
Doyle made the final of the Danish GP on Saturday despite three broken bones in a foot reducing him to hobbling around the pits on crutches, but he pulled out of a league fixture with his Polish side Zielona Gora on Sunday.
The joint leaders in the world championship, Doyle and Patryk Dudek ride at three and four for Zielona Gora.
The Robins will definitely be without Nick Morris for the Wolves fixture after the young Aussie suffered concussion last Friday when his Championship side Berwick Bandits visited Peterborough. The rules say that a rider must sit out racing for nine days after concussion.
Additionally it is possible that both Doyle and Morris may miss the World Cup opener at King’s Lynn on Saturday when Australia take on Britain, the Czech Republic and USA.
