THE Cotswolds’ newest waterski school is making a splash with a public open day on Saturday (April 29).

The 4 Lakes Waterski School of Ashton Keynes, in tandem with Progression Boats of Marston Meysey, are hosting the special event where you can waterski, wakeboard or wakesurf (beginners catered for) behind the latest Centurion Ri217 towboat and find out more about these fast-growing sports and all the facilities that 4 Lakes offers.

The ski school is managed and run by renowned ski coach Jamie Bloemsma who will be on hand to offer expert tuition.

Progression Boats is a specialist towboat business and sole importer of Centurion craft, based at Roundhouse Farm, Marston Meysey, having moved from smaller premises in Fairford last year.

The school is keen to introduce people to the growing sport of wakesurfing which is hugely popular in the US and starting to take off here.

The open day runs from 11am to 3pm and 4 Lakes Waterski School can be found at the postcode SN6 6QY in Ashton Keynes.
