Cleevewold 14
OLLIE HAZEL finished fourth in his age group in the annual Cleevewold 14 on Sunday.
This tough, hilly multi-terrain race started from the medieval Postlip Tithe Barn and covered some of the highest points of the Cotswold hills on Cleeve Common before heading into the stunning countryside and returning back to Postlip via Belas Knap.
It was a brilliant result from Ollie who finished in 1:55.12 and came in ninth place overall.
Calne Clock Change 10k
MARTYN JOYCE ran in the popular bi-annual spring addition of the Calne Clock Change 10k on Sunday.
The fast, fairly flat course took the runners on an out-and-back route along country lanes before finishing back at Calne Leisure Centre. Great result from Martyn who finished in 43.15.
Mad March Hare 10k
ELSPETH MURANO ran in the Mad March Hare 10k on Sunday.
In its 10th year, this popular event took the participants, who ran, walked or jogged the 5k or 10k route, around the tracks of Lydiard Park to raise money for Breast Cancer Now.
