Indoor Knockout competition
Mid-Glos Bowling Club, Gloucester
THE Cirencester Men's team are through to the semi-finals of the Mid-Glos Bowling Club indoor knockout after beating a side from the Falcon Bowling Club (Painswick) on Saturday.
Rink 1 – Tony Blane, Vince Page, Mike Pallister and skip Peter Cottey won 14-12.
Rink 2 – Terry O'Flynn, David Grange, Colin Neal and skip John Barrett won 17-7.
Rink 3 – Terry Tipper, Geoff Gilbert, Alan Ayers and skip Ted Matthews won 13-8.
Cirencester now face Barnwood in the semi-final next week.
