Bourton Roadrunners
TIM CARTER of Bourton Roadrunners upped his game in preparation for the London Marathon in April with a runaway win in the Slaughters Valentine 10k.
Tim finished in 35.16, more than three minutes ahead of the next runner.
Bourton made it a double with Niamh Shoemark winning the Ladies' race, this time nearly five minutes ahead of her closest female rival in 43.27.
Chris Lomax made up the club trio in 21st position with an excellent time of 46.47.
