IAN COLEY MBE and his grandson Haydn Coley (16) have both been selected to represent England in the 2016 Home Countries International Tournament in Northern Ireland next month.

Ian, who runs his own gun shop and shooting school in Andoversford and was coach and mentor to two Olympic gold medallists, Richard Faulds and Peter Wilson, will be competing in the senior competition, while Hayden will take part in the junior event.

Ian first shot for Great Britain in 1971, and since then has represented his country on more than 200 occasions – either as a shooter, coach or team manager.

Ian said: “It is a great honour to be again be picked for England, especially as Haydn has also been selected for the England junior team.”

The Home Countries International Tournament will take place in Bambridge, Northern Ireland on July 15-16.
