MALMESBURY'S Louis Harvey has confirmed his position at the head of the Rissington Honda Cadet Championship after another fine weekend of kart racing in round three.

In heat one on Sunday, Louis started from seventh on the grid and finished third. He was unable to get a tow from the front two karts but it was still a good result.

Louis began from seventh again in heat two but managed to drive through the pack to take the win. And that despite being shunted from behind on a number of occasions.

Louis started and finished second in heat three getting pushed wide on the last corner in what was quite a rough race.

Louis therefore qualified second for the final but on the unfavoured side of the grid for turn one.

He had a good battle with the other drivers and made his move to take the lead on lap three which he then held until the finish.

It was also a good day for his fellow Shark Kart drivers as Dominic Kilmister collected third place and Alistair Creswell came in a respectable fifth.

Louis would like to say thanks for their support to Ideal Displays, Forces Reunited Ideal Kart Graphics, Christopher Brazil, Dominic Hayhoe and all his family.
