CIRENCESTER'S B team lost two of the last three matches to draw 3-3 with Tewkesbury last Saturday.
The match was disrupted by a thunderstorm and there was some confusion as the klaxon was sounded (to postpone play) but not heard by the majority of the groups on the course.
The winning Cirencester pairings were Andrew Miles & Steve Springthorpe, who won 3&1, and Paul Simmonds & David Soar, who triumphed one up.
Halved matches were recorded by captain Jonathan Wells & Keith Hodgson as well as Stewart Osborn & Kevin Young.
