CIRENCESTER RFC have won promotion back to the Western Counties North after an epic 22-21 victory at Winscombe of the Somerset Premier.
Tries came from Seb Genillard, Dave Evans and captain Will McCarthy, with Jack Lister slotting two conversions and the late winning penalty.
