County Foursomes
JAN FLYNN and Debbie Chesworth emerged triumphant in an entertaining County Foursomes finals match on Sunday against Emma Brereton and Pam Mallinson.
The match was played with a great deal of friendly banter and it was the superior putting of Jan and Debs which proved the difference as they took the match on the 17th green.
Spring Scrutton
On Thursday, 36 ladies took part in the Spring Scrutton with Muriel Telling proving the overall winner and coming in with the lowest net score of 68. Second was Erika Brooke with 71 and third place went to new member Kathleen Burbage.
Rosie competition
THE Rosie comp was played on Saturday with five teams of ladies taking part.
The outstanding winners were Emma Brereton, Jayne Worthington and Penny Taylor.
