Sheffield Steeldogs bounced back from a 5-3 defeat against Lightning to record an unlikely victory on home ice against Guildford Flames.
Steeldogs trailed Flames 4-2 heading into the final minute, but Arnoldas Bosas grabbed his second and third goals of the night to send the game to overtime.
Bosas completed a remarkable turnaround in the second minute of the extra period to secure a 5-4 win.
Peterborough Phantoms won 4-1 at home to Bracknell Bees and they made it a four-point weekend with a stylish 5-2 victory at Telford Tigers.
Manchester Phoenix lost 4-3 after overtime at Guildford, but they had better fortunes at home to Hull as they eased to a 3-0 victory.
