THE last in Knapp Farm's show jumping series has been held.

The clear round and the lower height classes were again popular.

Top honours in the two ft show jumping went to Leah Millward and her pony Beaumont who achieved a double clear to beat Shannon McCormack, on Sooty, by three seconds.

The two ft three ins show jumping was close, with Beaumont in contention until Lucie Humpries and her new ride, Buttons, took a second off the time.

Lucie's reign was short lived once Darryl Ellis and her horse, Gaelic Ellis, came in to remove a second and a half from the time to win the class.

Dawn Rendall and her ex-race horse, Artemis, won the two ft six ins class by four seconds. Buttons and Lucie were runners-up again.

The two ft nine ins course proved tricky, with no combination going clear. All riders on four faults were invited to jump off. Emma Tipper on her grey gelding, Haven't the Foggiest, won the class with a steady round but only four faults. Lisa Rutter and Buddy came second.

Knapp Farm's Jo Howse said: "The show jumping series has been a great success this year. It's definitely something we will continue in 2008."
