YOUNGSTERS learned all about teeing off and birdies during two golf coaching taster sessions held near Stow-on-the-Wold.
Naunton Downs Golf Club hosted the sessions as part of an English Golf Union (EGU)/English Ladies' Golf Association (ELGA) initiative aimed at helping people get into golf.
Eight youngsters, aged seven-to-10, attended a girls-only session. Five girls and five boys, aged 10-to-15, attended a mixed junior session.
Tina Rose, Naunton Downs' junior/girls organiser, said: "It just gives them an introduction to golf."
