Kit Kat qualifier and Club Stableford
ANN STONE led home the entries when 35 ladies turned out to play the Ladies Kit Kat qualifier and Club Stableford at Cirencester Golf Club.
Ann's score of 42 points was comfortably clear of Fiona Harrington who finished second (on countback) from Angela Canty, both of whom scored 38 points. Only one lady, Gill Hunter, returned a two and hers came on the 18th.
On Saturday with the aircraft from Fairford giving the ladies a display while they played, the club stableford was won by Christine Clark with a score of 35 points.
Heather Morley took second with 33 and Muriel Telling was third with a score of 32.
Again only one lady, Jan Stephens, returned a two, also on the 18th.
Those who qualified for the Kit Kat will be notified with the final to be played in September at Thornbury.
