SWINDON boss Alun Rossiter is hoping to see his side make the ‘best of a bad situation’ as they take on King’s Lynn twice in two days this week.

The injury-hit Robins will travel to the Norfolk Arena on Wednesday (7.30) with Chris Harris and Dakota North being drafted into the side as guests for injured top two, Adrian Miedzinski and Troy Batchelor.

Swindon welcome King’s Lynn to the Abbey 24 hours later, with Hans Andersen deputising in the No 1 spot, while Rossiter will wait until after Wednesday’s clash to decide how to cover skipper Batchelor.

The Robins manager knows his patched-up side will face a stern test against a strong King’s Lynn side – but he has called on them to remain focused as they look to add to their Elite League points tally.

Rossiter said: “While everybody can see we are under strength, we can’t be going in feeling sorry for ourselves. We’ve got to try and make the best of a bad situation and be positive.

“We know they will be two tough meetings for us, but we need to stay focused and try and take some steps forward to get our season going.”

Swindon’s side to face King’s Lynn on Wednesday: Chris Harris, Kyle Howarth, Nick Morris, Grzegorz Zengota, Dakota North, Lewis Rose, Charles Wright.
