GLOUCESTER Rugby have unveiled Mitsubishi Motors UK as their new main partner for the next three years.
The deal will start from July 1 this year and see the company’s three diamond logo being worn on the front of new club shirts.
Mitsubishi are based in Cirencester and have backed the Badminton Horse Trials as their principal sponsor for the past 24 years.
Now they are entering into the world of top-flight rugby, and Gloucester chief executive Stephen Vaughan said: “We are thrilled to be able to confirm Mitsubishi Motors UK as our new main partner. We already have a strong working relationship with them and we look forward to building on this over the next few years.”
Mitsubishi Motors UK managing director Lance Bradley welcomed the deal, saying: “We have been great supporters of Gloucester Rugby over the years and the club’s fan base runs deep into our organisation.
“We will be embarking on many exciting initiatives together and are delighted to be confirmed as the club’s main partner.”
