Wiltshire 10
TEN RSE members were among the 358 runners who competed in this year's Wiltshire 10-mile road race on Sunday.
The race started in Melksham and followed an undulating scenic route through the pretty village of Lacock and then looped back to Melksham.
First home for the club was Mark Garrett finishing in 1.05.52, followed by Paul Coates (1:14.06); Ivor Probert (1:18.13); Sharon Smith (1:20.59); Kirsty Pitts (1:21.50); Hazel Bridges (1:24.04); Sophie Dennett (1:24.30); Hali Kinson (1:24.52); Tracey Pitts (1:41.43) and Caroline Terry (1:47.08).
Bramley '20'
RUNNING Somewhere Else's John Buck ran in this year's Bramley 20-mile race.
A large turnout of 1,600 runners descended on the small village and competed in either the 20-mile or the 10-mile race.
John finished in 2:33.11.
Tewkesbury cross country
JAMES THOMAS was the only RSE runner to compete in this month's very muddy Gloucestershire AAA 9k cross country race in Tewkesbury on Saturday.
He finished 24th place out of a field of 171 runners, in a time of 40.53.
Swindon Parkrun
FIVE RSE runners took part in this week's Swindon 5k Parkrun, with Matt Lambourne coming in first for the club in 19.57.
He was followed by Mark Manley (20.42), Claire Joyce (27.39), Caroline Sandercock (30.26, PB) and Andrea Wood (37.37, PB).
