TALENTED youngster Nick Morris will be back with Swindon in 2015 after signing with the club for a fourth consecutive season.

The all-action Australian has shown excellent progress since arriving at the Abbey in 2012, achieving a 6.31 average last year.

Morris, 20, returns as the fifth confirmed member of the Robins side joining Troy Batchelor, Kyle Howarth, Charles Wright and Lewis Rose.

“Obviously we are pleased to have Nick back," said Rossiter. "He’s a rider we’ve invested in over the last couple of years and we are happy to include him in our team again.

“I’m generally quite hard on him, but I feel there are areas he can work on to reach his full potential. Maybe his fitness and preparation could be better, but he’s still coming on well and if he can improve those things I think he can have an excellent season.

“He’s going to be doubling up in the Premier League again, so he’ll be having plenty of time on the bike to keep him sharp.

“He’s got bags of potential and has been progressing nicely but he needs to kick on a little bit this season.

“He will most likely be aiming to become a heat-leader so we hope he can manage to achieve that and play an important part for us.”

Meanwhile, Rossiter says the club are monitoring their options as they aim to fill their final two places.

He added: “We’ve got two team places to fill now, so we are continuing to look around to try and find the best two riders possible..

“Once we manage to get one rider signed we’ll know how many points we have to play with for that last spot, so we just have to be patient and try to find the best possible solution to complete our team.”
