ALL football clubs from grassroots to the top flight have been encouraged to take team photographs as part of Football Remembers Week.
An initiative backed by the The British Council, FA, Football League and Premier League, the Football Remembers project marks the centenary of the Christmas Truce with a special focus on games of football which were played in no man’s land.
Soldiers from both sides shared an impromptu ceasefire in Ypres, Belgium, on Christmas Day, 1914.
