Three Clubs and a Putter
THE limitations of the Three Clubs and a Putter format were no problem for Angela Canty who won the competition for lady members at Cirencester Golf Club with a score of 28 stableford points.
Gill Hunter and Chris Park both scored 27 points, with Gill earning second place on countback.
Chris scored two birdies including a two on the second, so will have to remember the clubs used on these holes and see if that formula works again!
With the winter season starting the ladies' eclectic competition is well under way and has attracted a lot of entries.
At the recent AGM, Paula Lester-Powell handed over the captain's brooch to Jayne Worthington who with her vice captain Jan Stephens were welcomed to office by all those attending the meeting.
