BEN SCRIVENS from Tetbury tasted victory for the first time in his career when winning one of the All-comers races at the Snetterton race circuit in Norfolk at the weekend.
The persistent rain proved no hindrance as he splashed to success in his Ginetta G50.
Victory capped a busy and successful weekend.
Scrivens finished seventh and sixth respectively in the two races on Saturday but really came into his own as the weather deteriorated the following day.
Having qualified with the fifth fastest time he did even better in the race itself grabbing the lead and holding it to the end of the 20-minute race.
