FAIRFORD Cricket Club had a number of successes during the season in the Cotswold District Cricket Leagues and these were marked at the CDCA presentation evening at Cirencester Cricket Ground on October 2.
The Fairford U15 team were crowned champions of their league and captain Oliver Holland received a trophy to commemorate their achievement.
Fairford Ladies also received a trophy for finishing runners-up to Bourton Vale in the Women's League and captain Sharon Hopkins was on hand to receive it.
Two Fairford Ladies' players picked up individual trophies, too, with Sharon's teenage daughter Ceri being the league's best bowler award and Linda Nicholls-Weaven the top batter.
