Pony Club National Tetrathlon Championships

There were more than 400 competitors at The College for the four-day competition representing pony clubs from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

The standard of the competitors was very high and they all had to compete in a three-minute swim, 1,500 metre run, shoot 10 shots at a 7m turning target and take 18 jumps over a very tough, mixed terrain cross country course.

Zoe Davison (15), Sasha Green (15), Jess Telford (14) and Olivia Sealy (15) were in the Beaufort Hunt Junior Girls team competing against 91 individual girls and 18 teams.

Their performance won them the title of Junior Tetrathlon Champions, 2014.

Zoe, Sasha and Jess were also individually placed in the top 10 (Zoe was also top swimmer).

Isla Green (13), Thomas Kendell (15), Henry Stratton (13) and Emma Hatherell (13) were competing in the mixed junior category and their team finished second.

Thomas Kendell finished eighth individual boy.
