PHOEBE PINE, a member of the Archery GB Junior Paralympic Development Squad, finished third recently in an international event at Stoke Mandaville.
Phoebe lives in Cirencester and goes to Deer Park School.
She is a member of the region's top club Deer Park Archers, now based near Shurdington, which has strong links with schools in the Cotswolds.
Deer Park Archers also support the sport at Paternoster SEN School in Cirencester as part of their inclusion work.
The club will be running an archery session on the Kingsholm pitch for the players and staff of Gloucester RFC on Sunday (August 24) and will be hosting a a have-a-go session at the Endsliegh Insurance Family Day – their new neighbours – on September 7.
