WET and windy conditions made the Cotswold 226 Full Distance Triathlon (2.5-mile swim, 112m bike ride and 26.2m run) very challenging for the 138 athletes who completed the course.

Cotswold 226 Ironman Triathlon
A fantastic effort saw RSE's Martin Pitts finishing in 40th place (fourth in age group) in a time of 11hr 29min 59sec, while Nick Duncan finished in 87th place.
Prudential Ride London
FIVE RSE ladies took part in this year' s event which was scheduled for 100 miles and developed by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson.
Due to the torrential downpours and high winds the course was shortened to 86 miles.
Tracey Pitts, Jacki Day, Caroline Coates, Ruth Herbert and Mari Fotherby can all be congratulated on their efforts.
Devizes Roundway Rampage
THE annual Devizes Roundway Rampage – seven miles of mostly off-road undulating terrain – took place at the weekend.
The weather was again pretty unsavoury meaning that the promised views from the top of the hill were somewhat limited!
Fifty-seven runners competed and Oliver Cooper from RSE finished 11th in a time of 52.02.
Lacock 10k
ON Saturday, Zoe Heywood raced in the Lacock 10k.
The race started at Lacock Abbey and continued over fields, stiles and along the paths of the Wiltshire and Berkshire Canal, before looping back to the abbey.
Zoe completed in 1hr 14min.
