GLOUCESTERSHIRE will not only have to beat Worcestershire to top their group in the Middleton Cup match on Saturday (July 5), they will also have to rely on Warwickshire beating Wiltshire.
Bowls
Middleton Cup
The match with Worcestershire takes place at Barnwood BC.
Roger Bird (Tetbury) and Nigel Cansdale (Cirencester) are both in the side and Tetbury's Pete Stinchcombe is a reserve.
Johns Trophy
GLOUCESTERSHIRE women face another stiff test in their last Johns Trophy group match when they travel to Tiverton West End BC to play Cornwall on Saturday (July 5) starting at 1.30pm.
Already having suffered defeats to Devon and Wiltshire they will be looking to reverse that trend and can take heart from last season when they overcame Cornwall 121-109.
The Gloucestershire side includes Rita Gerry (Moreton).
