ABBEY LAKE Angling Club in Cirencester are holding their Junior Open on Sunday, July 13.
The draw for pegs will take place at 9am with fishing from 10am until 2pm.
There will be two age groups – U13 and 13-16 years old. Entry is £5 per person and can be made at D&J Sports, Cricklade Street, Cirencester. Payment will be required on entry and is non-returnable.
There will be a goody bag for all entrants with prizes for the top anglers in each age group.
Drinks and a burger/hot dog will also be provided to entrants after the competition The last date for entry is Saturday, July 12 although places are limited so please book early.
JUNIOR coaching at Abbey Lake Angling Club in Cirencester will commence on Thursday, July 24. Parents are requested to stay with their children for the duration of the coaching which commences at 6.30pm until 8.30pm, Juniors who have not fished before or want to improve their angling are welcome.
Please note the coaching night has changed from last year.
